Text Box: This is a yearly optional charge that entitles Micros customers to receive each new software release and all, ”bug”, fixes at no charge. (Labor not included) While there may be a charge to implement new features or train staff on enhancements, the software is provided under SEL Without SEL, your software is basically frozen in time. No new features or fixes will be available without re-purchase of the complete software suite. This can be very costly. It is the end-users responsibility to request software up-grades. If you decide not to take the SEL program, our office will need a letter from you, stating such.

Text Box: Hours of Coverage: Monday thru Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (Excluding CBS honored holidays) Credit Authorization issues. Phone, modem, IP dial-up support for : Operations, Manager functions, basic program and database changes, Tax rate changes, error message resolution. Application support, platform and network support. If your Help-Desk requests are out-of-scope from this plan, you will receive a 25% discount on the billable amount.
